I am excited to share that Mrs. Natalie Vershaw is Bonnie Brae’s new assistant principal.  Mrs. Vershaw joins Bonnie Brae with more than 20 years of educational experience, most recently having taught kindergarten & 1^st grade at Centreville Elementary School.  Mrs. Vershaw earned her M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision from The University of Virginia, she is a National Board-Certified Teacher, and she holds her endorsement in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).  Mrs. Vershaw is a former reading coach, and she previously taught multiple grade levels, including 2^nd, 4^th, 5^th, & 6^th.   She is passionate about building relationships and ensuring the success of all students. 

Mrs. Vershaw enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.  She has two children of her own, and her husband is a high school teacher and coach.   

Mrs. Vershaw will begin at Bonnie Brae on August 1.  We are excited to have her join our administrative team and cannot wait for her to meet the Bonnie Brae community!  Welcome, Mrs. Vershaw!
